Cancellations

• Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service request, you must do so within 24 hours of confirming the project or service order via email. Once the project has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
• Non-Cancellable Services: Due to the nature of our services, certain projects such as customized BIM modeling, CAD drafting, or rendering services cannot be canceled once work has begun.

Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available if the service has not been initiated.
• Refund Requests: If you are eligible for a refund, please send your refund request via email to info@sparkbim.com, including details of the service and the reason for the refund.
• Refund Processing Time: Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-12 working days.
