This full-home renovation and addition transformed this lakefront home in Winter Park. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely reimagined and several interior rooms were reconfigured. Other updates included a full interior and exterior painting, refinished wood floors, an updated staircase, and an addition to the upstairs master bedroom suite.

The outdoor space was also made more functional, as we added a spa to the existing pool, designed and installed a summer kitchen, and redesigned the hardscape and landscape with the help of 4EGC.
