Through a meticulous Scan to BIM workflow, we've created a digital twin that facilitates accurate renovation, facility management, and future planning.

About Project

This project converted laser scan data from a 5-story residential building into a detailed Building Information Model (BIM). Utilizing advanced point cloud processing and Revit modelling techniques, we created an accurate digital representation of the building’s architecture and structure.

The BIM model facilitates efficient renovation planning, facility management, and future modifications, offering a comprehensive digital twin for the residential property. Challenges such as complex facade detailing and varying floor layouts were overcome through meticulous point cloud analysis and precise BIM element creation.
